Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RoiPerfect platform, including the dashboard, analytics tools, creative management, billing modules, and any services or features made available to you. By signing up, creating an account, or using any part of the system, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any section, you must stop using the platform.

1. General Use of Platform

RoiPerfect provides advertisers and partners with tools to manage campaigns, traffic sources, tracking, creatives, and financial operations. You agree to use the platform responsibly, follow all instructions, and comply with applicable laws and industry standards. You must not attempt to bypass system limitations, automate interactions without permission, manipulate statistics, or interfere with platform stability.

Any attempt to exploit the system — including fake clicks, unauthorized API usage, multi-accounting, spamming, artificial traffic generation, cloaking, or harmful automation — may result in immediate account suspension and permanent restriction from the platform without refund.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate profile and billing information. All data you submit must be truthful and up to date. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and ensuring that no unauthorized people access your account. RoiPerfect is not responsible for losses caused by compromised access, shared credentials, or negligent account use.

We reserve the right to request identification, business verification, proof of address, creative samples, financial history, or other materials to verify compliance before enabling certain features such as deposits, withdrawals, API access, or campaign activation.

3. Campaigns, Creatives & Compliance

You are fully responsible for the content, claims, design, and legality of all creatives, offers, landing pages, funnels, tracking links, and target URLs associated with your campaigns. All materials must comply with international advertising standards and local laws where traffic is delivered.

Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to): malware, misleading claims, illegal software, false medical statements, impersonation of official institutions, sexually explicit content where restricted, hate speech, political manipulation, phishing, forced redirects, or any deceptive patterns that harm users or violate platform rules.

4. Payments & Financial Rules

Payments are processed through the methods available in your billing dashboard. Deposits may require additional compliance checks such as identity verification, proof of funds, or business documentation.

Fraudulent, stolen, unauthorized or chargeback-associated payments will be blocked. If chargebacks occur, campaign access may be disabled until the situation is resolved. Refunds for unused balances can be requested, but only for legitimately deposited funds and only after full verification.

RoiPerfect is not responsible for delays caused by banks, processors, payment networks or third-party financial institutions. You acknowledge that processing times vary depending on region, provider, and compliance screening.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly forbidden and may lead to immediate account termination:

• creating multiple accounts to circumvent rules or gain bonuses;
• artificial manipulation of clicks, installs, or conversions;
• distribution of malicious scripts or harmful software;
• bypassing compliance checks or masking traffic sources;
• selling, renting, or transferring your account access to others;
• misrepresenting your identity, business, or legal status;
• using bots or unauthorized automation tools inside the platform.

6. Data & Intellectual Property

RoiPerfect retains ownership of all platform functionality, interface elements, infrastructure, software, analytics engines, documentation, and internal datasets. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute platform code or proprietary systems.

You retain ownership of your creatives and campaign materials. By uploading them, you grant RoiPerfect a limited license to process, display, store, and use them for operational purposes such as campaign delivery, optimization, fraud detection, and analytics.

7. Service Availability

RoiPerfect strives to maintain stable service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or delay-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, force majeure, or third-party service issues may result in temporary downtime. RoiPerfect is not liable for losses caused by downtime or delays.

8. Liability Limitations

RoiPerfect is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, business interruption, campaign underperformance, delays in analytics, or inaccurate statistics due to external factors. The platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of volume, conversions, or financial results.

9. Termination & Enforcement

RoiPerfect may suspend or terminate your account immediately if violations are detected. Depending on the severity of the violation, remaining funds may be frozen, withheld for investigation, or fully forfeited in cases involving fraud, abuse, or malicious activity.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused legitimate balances may be refunded after verification and exclusion of bonuses or promotional credits.
